Free Tai Chi Course for Beginners

Join our community partner, Healthy Acadia, for a tai chi series to help empower people to improve their health and well-being through slow, smooth, and continuous mind-body exercises. This course is appropriate and beneficial for people of all ages and levels of physical ability. These gentle movements can help:

  • Alleviate Pain
  • Reduce stress
  • Increase strength, flexibility, and balance
  • Improve cognitive function and coordination

This course begins and April 6 and runs for 8 Saturdays.

**ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED** Click here to reserve your space. . Loose, comfortable clothing and thin-soled shoes are recommended for Tai Chi practice.

Nina Zeldin, a Tai Chi for Health Institute Master Trainer, will lead this course. Her passion for sharing the health benefits of TCHI programs springs from her own experience. Regular tai chi practice helps her manage symptoms of the chronic health conditions she experiences, and she finds joy in helping empower others to improve their health and well-being.
