Online Auction Dates
The online auction will run from Friday, July 19, through Sunday, July 28. Items may be picked up during the week of July 29th.

Silent Auction items will be displayed at WHRL from Tuesday, July 23rd, through Saturday, July 27th, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Hours

  • Friday, July 26th, from 10 am to 5 pm
  • Saturday, July 27th, from 9 am to 3 pm
  • Doors close at 3 pm. Winners will be notified by phone or text

How it Works
Items to bid on will be displayed throughout the first floor. Tickets can be purchased at the door. If you see an item you want, you can put as many tickets as you like into the container next to it.

Collecting Your Winnings
Winners will be notified by phone or text. Items may be picked up Tuesday through Thursday (July 30-August 1) from 8:30 a.m. to 4 pm – or by arrangement. (Hours subject to change!)
