Women's Retreats

Connections: Nature, Inspiration, and Creativity

Women for Healthy Rural Living is pleased to announce our one-day women’s retreat series, Connections: Nature, Inspiration, and Creativity.

These empowering retreats are designed to reconnect women with the beauty of nature and the strength of community. Through creative, immersive experiences, we offer an escape from the ordinary, allowing women to rediscover themselves as they forge meaningful connections with a community of supportive women.

Revel in the breathtaking Maine landscape with gatherings that blend outdoor activities with carefully curated creative opportunities for self-discovery. The retreats foster a spirit of community-building as women share stories, laughter, challenges, and comfort.

More than just getaways; our retreats are an investment in well-being.

At WHRL, we believe that connecting with nature and each other is essential for holistic health and well-being. We offer a unique opportunity to step away from the daily grind and embrace renewal. You will return home feeling empowered, energized, and connected.

A lunch of locally sourced foods is included.

Registration for all retreats is limited to ten participants.

We understand that unexpected things happen. If you need to cancel, you will receive a full refund provided we can fill your spot.

Our Women’s Retreats are held at the summer home of John Marin, the great American modernist artist. This spectacular home on Pleasant Bay in Cape Split, Addison, enjoys views of Sheep Island, Gooseberry Nubble, and Norton Island. Explore Maine’s rocky coast and local beaches during your visit.
