From Vine to Dine: A Celebration of Tomatoes

Join Stephanie Vamos for a fun workshop based on celebrating tomatoes in all of their forms! Tomatoes are in their glory in September in Maine. Participants will use tomatoes raw, baked, and simmered in a variety of different recipes. Come explore tomatoes in both familiar and new ways, including Pico de Gallo, Shakshuka, a tomato and ricotta tart, and more. As always, we will share a meal together at the end of class, so come hungry and bring a reusable container for leftovers!

Based in Steuben, Stephanie Vamos is an avid gardener and home cook who is excited to blend her two passions into this class!
