What is Jikiden Reiki?
Jikiden Reiki is a traditional form of Reiki healing that preserves the original practices taught by its founder, Mikao Usui. Unlike modern interpretations, it emphasizes authentic techniques for channeling healing energy to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

What you can expect.
When you attend a Reiki session, you can expect to enter a calm and soothing environment designed for relaxation. Renae will begin with a brief discussion to understand your needs and intentions for the session. You’ll then lie down fully clothed on a comfortable table while the practitioner uses gentle hand placements or gestures to channel healing energy. Many report feeling deeply relaxed, with sensations such as warmth or tingling during the session. It’s a peaceful experience that often leads to a sense of balance and well-being, both physically and emotionally. Be prepared to unwind and allow the healing process to unfold naturally.
