Intro to Crochet with Kelly Hagenbuch

Intro to Crochet with Kelly offers a fun and relaxed environment where beginners can learn to crochet in a welcoming setting. Kelly will guide participants through the basics of crochet, from creating a starting chain to learning single and double crochet stitches. If that last sentence didn’t make sense to you, it will after you spend the morning with Kelly! The focus is on making the learning process enjoyable and stress-free, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and practice.
Join us on Saturday, September 27th, from 9 am – noon at the WHRL Office. WHRL offers a great place to start crafting and connecting with others!
You may know Kelly from here at WHRL, as she is our Communications Coordinator, handling our social media and newsletter publications. In her off hours, Kelly enjoys time at home with her husband, hiking, knitting, and crocheting. Taught by a kind, grandmotherly friend, Kelly learned to crochet when she was 19 and has practiced the craft on and off over the years. She is excited to show others that, through step-by-step guidance and practice, they, too, can learn to crochet!
This program is free. Advance registration is required.
