An outdoor summer camp for girls

June 22-25, 2026

A FREE day camp that ends with an overnight camping
experience for girls aged 11-14 in Milbridge, Maine

Campers learn outdoor and naturalist skills in an inclusive, non-competitive environment.

Our 2026 camp is June 22 – 25. Camp begins at 9am and ends at 3pm; however, campers can arrive as early as 8am and leave as late as 4pm. An adult will be present at all times.

Days 1 & 2

Days one and two will be located at Milbridge Commons Wellness Park. There, campers will get acquainted, learn outdoor adventure skills such as animal and plant identification and nature journaling, play educational games, harvest and eat from the community gardens, and prepare for their camping trip.

Day 3

Campers will meet at McClellan Park in Milbridge for an overnight camping experience. Campers will learn about campsite setup, camping safety and comfort, camp cooking, and will participate in a variety of games and campfire programming.

Day 4

Our final day will be at McClellan Park, where campers will share breakfast, help break down the campsite, learn Leave No Trace principles, explore the shore, and conclude camp.
