Step Up for a Good Cause Silent Auction (and other great finds)!

The online silent auction will feature locally handcrafted step stools, each imagined by a different artist. In addition, there will be a few special items, including:

  • One Woman in the Wilderness camping package from Wyman’s
  • Sail Polaris – a 3 hour sail leaving from Eastern Harbor, South Addison
  • Three-night stay at Air B&B in Great Barrington, Mass (September-June)
  • A table for four at a Secret Garden Dinner and Concert Soire hosted by Alison Beedy and Pam Dyer Stewart
  • Hazel Carter Original Art
  • Two 1.5-hour personal art classes with artist Wendilee Heath O’Brien at her studio in Winter Harbor.

Online Auction Dates
The online auction will run from Tuesday, July 22, through Sunday, July 27. Items may be picked up during the week of July 28th.

Items On Display
Silent Auction items will be displayed at WHRL from Tuesday, July 22nd, through Thursday, July 24th from 9am to 3 pm and then during our raffle auction on July 25-26.

WHRL Raffle Auction – July 25-26

Hours

  • Friday, July 25th, from 10 am to 5 pm
  • Saturday, July 26th, from 9 am to 3 pm
  • Doors close at 3 pm. Winners will be notified by phone or text

How it Works
Items to bid on will be displayed throughout the first floor. Tickets can be purchased at the door: 40 for $20, 15 for $10, 6 for $5, or $1 each.  If you see an item you want, you can put as many tickets as you like into the container next to it. You need not be present to win!

Collecting Your Winnings
Winners will be notified by phone or text. Items may be picked up Tuesday through Thursday (July 29-31) from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 pm – or by arrangement. (Hours subject to change!)
