Milbridge Days 5K - Saturday, July 25, 2026

Women for Healthy Rural Living and Bar Harbor Bank & Trust bring you the annual Milbridge Days 5K and Fun Run back! This race will be held on Saturday, July 25th, during the annual Milbridge Days Celebration in Milbridge, ME. All funds raised will go to Incredible Edible Milbridge, a program of Women for Healthy Rural Living (WHRL).

The 5K 

Early Bird Registration (through July 21st) – $25
Race Day Registration – $30

Participants who register by July 1st are guaranteed a race t-shirt! After July 1, tees will be available while supplies last.

The 3.1-mile wheel-measured course starts at the corner of Fickett’s Point Road and Bay View Road. This is an out-and-back down Fickett’s Point Road overlooking Narraguagus Bay.

Pre-registration is highly recommended; however, participants can also register in person from 7:00 to 7:45 am the day of the race at the corner of Bay View Road and Fickett’s Point Road. A representative from Bold Coast Runners will time the race. The 5K begins at 8:30 am.

The Kid’s Fun Run – $5

The Kid’s Fun Run is one and a half miles up Fickett’s Point Road and back. Fun Run registration will be in person (no pre-registration) from 7-7:45 am. The Fun Run begins at 8 am.
