Join us this weekend for the Women’s Health Resource Library’s 10th Annual Christmas Tree Festival and Auction, where more than 60 Christmas trees, wreaths, and gingerbread houses will be on display for viewing and auction.
The Schooner Gallery in Milbridge is host to the event. Come for the Preview Party on Friday, December 6th, from 5 to 7 pm when you can enjoy live holiday music and refreshments. Saturday hours are from 9 am to 5 pm. Admission is free.
All items will be auctioned with the proceeds benefiting the programs of the WHRL, including Milbridge Commons, Incredible Edible Milbridge, and BoneBuilders. A selection of the trees, wreaths and gingerbread houses will be offered in a silent auction while most of the items in a raffle-style auction.
Two fabulous children’s toys will be part of the auction, including LEGO Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker Millennium Falcon Starship Model Building Kit and Disney Frozen Ultimate Arendelle Castle Playset.
Flour Girls Bakery in Milbridge is sponsoring the Gingerbread House Contest. Both events are part of Milbridge’s Christmas on Main Street. Learn more about the schedule on Facebook.
