SoulCollage® Workshop

Today, many of us are facing new transitions and personal challenges. What if, at these crossroads, there was a way to get some helpful guidance?

SoulCollage®, an intuitive collage process, is one way some people find their answers and at the same time are able to rest, play, and have fun creating cards. Psychologist and author, Seena B. Frost founded SoulCollage® nearly two decades ago. Her process has evolved to include thousands of people and has trained Facilitators who are practicing worldwide.

Creating such cards involves a collage technique of cutting and pasting images from magazines or other sources… no artistic background necessary! The visual results speak volumes without words about our multi-faceted natures, often illuminating some inner wisdom. The best part is that this wisdom comes directly from the card maker. An accessible, inexpensive, and simple process, SoulCollage® inspires creativity and helps develop real community.

The Women’s Health Resource Library (WHRL) is pleased to host an introductory workshop in SoulCollage® on Saturday, November 10th from 9 am to 3 pm.

The session will be led by Bonnie Johnson, a trained SoulCollage® Facilitator and Ora Aselton, a retired art teacher.

The November 10th workshop fee is $25 and space is limited! A limited scholarships are available. Inquire at office@whrl.org.

As it is an all-day workshop, please bring a bag lunch. Beverages and snacks will be available.

If the process appeals to you and you would like to continue deepening the experience, shorter morning sessions (9-11 am) will be offered on the second Saturday of the month from December through March. Question? Call Bonnie Johnson at 546-6101.
