SUMMARY:Tranquility Garden
DESCRIPTION:Visit the gardens at Milbridge Commons Wellness Park with herbalist Jennifer May to learn about herbs that can be used for stress relief and nervous system support. Jen will introduce us to plants such as balms\, chamomile\, tulsi\, and blue vervain.
