Take a fresh step towards creating a balanced relationship with your thoughts, your food, and your body in this 8-week program designed for women who feel they have lost touch with managing their weight. If you wish to build a stronger mindset around health and well-being, join us on this journey to rediscover and strengthen your innate ability to restore balance. We’ll use simple lessons and mindfulness exercises to remember how to listen to the body and develop habits that lead to sustainable and purposeful choices. Even if change is difficult due to your lifestyle, you can expect to learn multiple strategies to help you nourish and flourish in your life!

The cost of this eight-week workshop is $80. Partial scholarships are available for those in need. 

Nicole French

Nicole French is on a mission to help people understand, appreciate, and make friends with their bodies. Her years of studying the fascia, anatomy, yoga, and energy medicine, combined with personal experiences of injury and trauma, help her to relate to the many ways that people experience pain, dysfunction, and overwhelm. As a nurse, she’s seen it all, including gynecology, urology, pharmacology, GLP-1 medications (Ozempic, Wegovy, etc.), and more, which makes her the perfect guide for women through all seasons of life. Fueled by endless curiosity about the human body, she shares her wisdom through health coaching, meditations, and movement classes that educate and empower.
