This informative and supportive lecture and discussion series is designed to educate and empower women and their support people about menopause—a natural phase in life that can often bring confusion, discomfort, and uncertainty. Led by Meaghan Lamothe, a Nurse Practitioner, this two-part series provides a comprehensive understanding of menopause, its physical, emotional, and psychological aspects, and how women can embrace and manage these changes with confidence.
This series aims to foster a sense of community, provide accurate information, and equip women with the knowledge and resources to navigate this transition in a healthy, empowered way. This program is open and welcome to all women; those who have not yet entered peri-menopause or menopause, those who are currently experiencing it, and those who are post-menopausal.
Materials provided in this program are sponsored by Anchored Women’s Health.
