Gluten-Free Baking with Denise Lavoie

Join us for our April Harvest Table Cooking Class: Introduction to Gluten-Free Baking with Denise Lavoie.

We will discuss gluten-free flours, and flour mixes and bake a few different gluten-free, dairy-free bread. Gluten-free bread baking is easy and tasty. We will end with a French picnic; bread, veggies, fruit, and cheese.

Denise has been cooking and baking gluten-free since 2006. Her home kitchen is strictly gluten-free and celiac-safe. We will have bread prepared in her kitchen available for people with celiac.

Registration for this program will begin March 25th.
