Join Lizzie Cunningham for a fun workshop based on celebrating tomatoes in all of their forms! Maine Harvest of the Month focuses on tomatoes for September, and small wonder; tomatoes are in their glory this time of year. Participants will use tomatoes in a variety of different recipes in this interactive, hands-on class. From cold salads to bruschetta to pasta sauce, tomatoes enrich so many of our favorite meals. As always, we will share a meal together at the end of class, so come hungry and bring a reusable container for leftovers!
