Join Pat Olson for a fun workshop and learn the basics of sourdough and multigrain baking! Participants will learn how to use a sourdough starter, as well as make sourdough crackers. They will start a simple slow-rise bread dough they can then bake at home. Last but not least, participants will bake multigrain muffins and eat them at the end of class. Yum!

These classes are free and are open to anyone, regardless of their skill in the kitchen! Preregistration is required. Join us at the Weald Bethel Community Center at the Maine Seacoast Misson’s campus in Cherryfield, Maine.
