Harvest Table Cooking Class: Potato Lover’s Salad

Join Zabet NeuCollins for a delicious workshop that will expand your definition of salad. Potatoes, cabbage, greens, sprouts, and more drizzled with a creamy lemon dressing… this salad is the perfect transition between winter and spring. Participants will learn to roast potatoes, grow sprouts, and properly emulsify a salad dressing!
These classes are free and are open to anyone, regardless of their skill in the kitchen! Preregistration is required. Join us at the Weald Bethel Community Center at the Maine Seacoast Misson’s campus in Cherryfield, Maine.
